Messages got restricted

First A buyer messaged me I was happy but when i replied him he was offline.But Today when he came online i messaged him that we can discuss the details about the project but I saw he was typing but no message came from his side but i can send him messages but he can't, then after some moment a notification came on my mobile that, The client said that " I am sorry fiverr is restricting our messages for some reason  " then I opened fiverr's inbox and there was no message i can only see my messages. Then i have gone to see Notification history on my mobile then i can see his message but on fiverr i can't see his messages. If anyone can help please help.
