thecclark Posted September 29, 2022 Share Posted September 29, 2022 Hello, just trying to set up my first gig the other day, but on the very last step, setting up my w9, I encountered an issue. When tried to submit it, the final “contact email” at the bottom of the form won’t accept my email information. I’ve made sure I’m putting my email in correctly, but I’m always rejected and the error message “entry did not match email on file” pops up under my email. I opened a ticket with customer support, but all they said was “we recommend reaching out to your financial/tax advisor”. Filling out my w9 isn’t the issue, I just can’t submit it! So it must be a bug, and I’m seeing a lot of bugs that have to do with the w9 on here. 2 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
