Hello guys how are you all I just want to ask that i got my first order and successfully complete it but client didn't leave any feedback for me I asked her 2 times for feedback. but they didn't. please anyone answer is there still a chance that i get new orders?

You got your first order without any review on your profile. So, why can't you get a new order? There are definitely chances of getting new orders. 
Don't lose hope and keep sharpening your skill set.

Don’t do that. That’s against fiverr TOS and you can get a warning for that. 
Fiverr already reminds clients to leave feedback 2 times and if they don’t then they obviously don’t want to do it for their own reasons
