gig promotion problem

hello from 3 months i am receiving a notification from fiver about gig promotion 

like i am receiving notification in a day about your gig is promotes and on same day or after 15 hr i am receiving your gig is no more promoted

 

what is the problem please.....my all settings is right as according to fiverr gig promotion page

Usually it is not happened. Probably there is a basic missing in somewhere in your gig. check and think again.
