what to do in this case?! -late delivery-

Question

hello everyone

I wanted to know what to do in this situation:

- I've delivered earlier, but the buyer didn't check the delivery untill it's the deadline. and he requested a revision without saying exactly what to fix or change!!. now It's marked "1 day late" in red.

tried to reach the buyer... messaged him.. requested extending delivery.. did all but no response or feedback 😔.

what if it took so long? will my rating get affected?

As you already initiated the delivery within the deadline and then buyer requested a revision,

So this late will not affect your profile metrics.

Wait for a response from buyer, and also if yo9u already did the work he requested,

you can share him and let him know to response within a timeframe. Please avoid weekends from the given timeframe.

If he is not responsive within that time, you can initiate delivery again.



And if he respond to you, you can still ask him to extend time.
