Can a seller higher me for their gig?

A seller (who is acting as a buyer) wants to higher me to design posts for their gigs. Their gigs focus on SEO/Marketing but they need a graphic designer to make posts for their client's so they can focus on the technical part of marketing. 

Is this even allowed? I'm very new to fiverr and find this a little fishy. I haven't accepted anything yet and don't want to go against TOS.
