it seems complex to find fake buyer like i encountered dozens of fake buyers if they have good projects for you and they acts nicely then i prefer that you can continue to work with them

but if they ask you something which is against fiver laws you can politely tell them that its against fiverr rules

usually after warning them they behaves properly but if they are still stuborn feel free to block them and as a tip "always search the same service that you provide on fiverr by switching your account to buying so you can check which other people are providing this service"

because sometimes fake buyers steel your work and use it for their own profit
