Who will pay for Seller plus repeated buyer coupons discount price

As I'm a seller plus member. I found coupons option for repeated buyer. My question is who will pay for the discounted price. Is it me or fiverr.

Seller coupons are offered directly from sellers to buyers, and not from Fiverr. Any discount offered by the seller to the buyer will be deducted from the published price of the Gig. The revenue of the seller will be equal to 80% of the purchase amount (following the deduction of the discounted amount).
