When downloading Adobe Illustrator file with extension .ai the extension is changed to .ps

I am sharing image as proof, here you can see the file on site is "matchbox.ai" when it is downloaded the extension is changed to "matchbox.ps"

The same thing happens when a client sends a file through inbox the extension is changed.

Please solve this bug.
