Good Afternoon Guys, 

I have been a level 2 seller for a very long time now, i red through most of the FAQ's here asked questions e.t.c but no solid point on how TRS's are selected.

I made further search and discovered from my little survey that not even 1 person from my country is a TOPRATED SELLER 

are some Countries exempted?
