My GIG impressions are almost zero for last 2 months.

Hello,

I hope everyone is doing good here. 

 

I am a level 2 seller. I offer video and motion graphics services and I have 500+, 5 Start Ratings on my profile. I am seeing huge downfall in my Gig impressions. 
I have 2 main gigs which were performing really well and used to be on the first page in the search results. I still remember two months ago I change the tags of my gigs according to the new keyword research program. 
I have seen huge down fall in my Gigi impressions and views after that. 
 

I have asked for the help so many times to my seller success manager and to Fiverr support as well. They always keep telling me to send my request and improve the customer satisfaction. 
I am doing all the necessary steps to improve the buyer satisfaction. 
I have improved my gig images & Gig descriptions as well. 

Talking about the buyer requests, they are almost dead particularly in the video and animation category. People are literally promoting their gigs and YouTube channels in buyer  request section.

Can anyone please help me with this?

Buyer requests is in the process of being replaced with Buyer Briefs. You can accept Briefs if you go to your gigs and toggle the Briefs option on.

Well they are right. Buyer satisfaction is what keeps buyers on platform, if they are unhappy they go somewhere else. So obviously Fiverr rewards people that have a very good track record with buyers. If you receive a negative private review, you can easily be pushed away from Fiverr's search results for a while, because others have better performance. It is what it is..
