The best thing to do is to contact the Fiverr Customer Support. The folks there are very helpful. They can give you accurate guidance about this problem.

Please keep in mind that Payoneer account cannot be used in more than one Fiverr account. You must remove the link before deleting your Fiverr account. You must also delink Fiverr from your Payoneer account.

If you permanently delete your account, you can open another one with the same NID. Though you should contact Fiverr support n this case.

Yes, you can create a new Fiverr account after deleting the old one. To add your old payoneer account as a payment method, you have to first nock at payoneer to remove the funding source for fiverr. After removing the funding source, you can add your old payoneer account to your new fiverr account.

It is better not to delete the account

You can create a new account using the same NID. But to keep your account 100% it's better to talk to fiverr support before.

I think it is not good to delete one Fiverr account and create one. You can use your old account and get all features.

01. If you delate old account than you can 

02. If id disable by fiverr you can not 

03. If you did identity verified by your NID then you cannot open through same nid

NOTE  : You can add your payments method in several id

Yes you can, after you delete your account permanently then you can create a new account with the same NID but i will suggest you to contact fiverr support before you open a new account

No as fiverr policy you cant create another account with same nid if the first account was verified already.

As my knowledge, you shouldn't. But you have to contact first with the support team before creating a new account with same id and method.

Yes, You can create a new account delectating your old account and you can also add your previous payoneer funding account there will be no issue.

Yes!!! you can. But First of all you should delete your account and then you can create a account and you can use the NID card. But the matter of payoneer account you should debouched Fiverr from payoneer and then add a new account. You can not two account at a time on payoneer account.
