Question of New account

If someone has account on fiverr, gigs ranked and working well and suddenly he has to change new laptop then what should they do? Means on new laptop they can login same account with existing ranking r they have to put new efforts from new account to rank gig

You can login using the same account on your new laptop. There is no need to create a new account.

You can use one account with multiple devices but you won't be able to use multiple accounts with one device. So it's normal you can go with your old account with the new laptop.

Hi aqsakhan692! There will be no problem. If you create multiple accounts on the same laptop then there will be problem as you are logging into only one account.

Yes, you can log in to the same account and all your gig ranking and other things will remain the same. These things don't depend on the nature of the device.
