A company contacted me offering me a job as a logo design or flayer design , the strange thing is that for each project presented to me before taking on the work I have to pay a one-time fee of $ 50 for the insurance in which they protect themselves that I deliver work on time etc.  is such a thing possible?  I have never felt that I have to pay out of my own pocket to be able to work .. maybe someone can answer me

Yeah no, don't take it. You're not supposed to pay buyer any cent for the project you get from them. That's nonsense.

Obviously you are not supposed to pay a buyer, they are supposed to buy your services. If they don't trust you, then they can find someone else.
