Payment Withdrawal Best Option

Hi..

I am from Pakistan. Which payment method is best for withdrawal money?(for small as well as for a large amounts) Currently I am using Payoneer to bank account but I think it's charging some extra. Is Payoneer deduction depends on amount of money or it's fixed? How much Payoneer charge?

For a test, I withdraw $55, almost $6 were deducted overall including Fiverr's fee+Payoneer.

Please Anybody Explain with example.
