You may never get access to the account again. Fiverr has a lot of rules and regulations. Freelancers need to follow them strictly. They already said in the email that they have taken a careful decision and it cannot be reversed.

but there is showing account is temporarlly disabled. Can we request fiverr to review the matter again?

I think that temporarily is a term they use as standard when an account is suspended.

If you were caught breaking the TOS probably you won't get your account back.

Contact with support team. Describe your problem. They shoud back your your account.

Chances are little. All rules and regulations need to be strictly followed while creating a gig. There might have been a serious violation and therefore, the account might be permanently terminated.

@hasibhridoy9fiverr may let you access it back, if they see you didn't really go against there rules but in some circumstances most all disable account are never given back, but i have seen like 2 freelancer gotten their fiverr account back when disabled
