Payment for a job

I am new to Fiverr.  I was approached by a company and interviewed and looks like a great opportunity.  However, they are a large company and a legit company and if they hire me, they will send an employment agreement with a direct deposit page.  Is this normal?  Should I ask that I send them an invoice through Fiverr and get paid through Fiverr?  I am unfamiliar with this process.  Do I have to send an offer first?
