Gig sell W-9 Question

What happen to the W-9  on Fiverr if you break a Fiverr  guideline  when your sell a gig after you fill the W-9?

if you live in USA then you need to fill this from otherwise just select no. It's not made any issues of your account.

I not talking about the filll out the forum  I talking about after you fill the forum out a you break a Fiverr guideline rule what happens to your W-9 form is that like delete??

I was asking if they delate  your W-9 information after they disable your account. And for the W-9 I want to know what happens if they disable your account on Fiverr you still need to report income you made?
