Can I use photos generated with Midjourney or Dal e in my written content?

I'm a writer. However, I need to use a lot of images to help readers understand a particular topic. Can I generate images with DAL E or Midjourney AI and insert them in my Word Doc file before submission? Does Fiverr allow this?

If your all images is not copyright or you make on yourself then you can put on your content.

You can use free stock images.

To answer your question, do you own the copyright of those images? If you do, one would assume no one would question their authenticity or bring you any copyright claim.

I would suggest you do not.

While AI-generated art is not currently affected by copyright (in the US anyway), there are some serious concerns about it using copyrighted and even trademarked art and graphics to learn how to generate the images. Artists have found near reproductions of their work created through platforms like those including augmented signatures. There are some burgeoning legal movements to fight for protection.

It's a very gray area right now. I would personally stay away from AI-generated art for any and all commercial purposes.

@donnovan86About free stock images, I talked with support who suggested me not to use free stock images for safety. They're extremely sensitive about copyright stuff and can get your profile banned for minor issues. Hence I was worried about DALL E or ai generated images. Now as @melanielm mentioned, I may have to stop using Ai too.
