fiverr Why Fiverr drop my order completion level?

Can some help to find out what happened with my account?
I didn't even violence any rules.

Hi @md_uzair, the notice mentions a drop in your performance, not that you broke any rules.

In your title, you stated that your order completion rate dropped. If you had a lot of cancelations, and your order completion rate drops below 90%, then you could lose your seller status. You need to get more orders so your order completion rate is above 90% by Oct 15th. Otherwise you will lose your seller level.

Please also take a look at your seller dashboard to see if there are any other seller metrics that have dropped.
