I am facing this problem also. Maybe Fiverr work on it. Hope very soon this problem is solved by Fiverr team.

I thought that's happens me because that I'm a new seller. I'm also not having any byer request with in 2 months. if you got any solution for this please notify me also.

Why are you encouraging people to contact support for information that has been cascaded throughout this forum, and on the Fiverr main page? 

It's actions like this that are leading to a delay in CS getting back to genuine queries. 

This forum is full of information, including how Fiverr is moving away from buyer requests in place of briefs.  It has been covered numerous times in the last few weeks alone. 

If you actually took the time to read the topics, instead of creating a mini rebellion, then people would have their queries answered far quicker.
