Can you Freaking believe it? Another BS by Advance Rating System

I have a coffee gig (tip gig). It is obvious that a person offered you TIP because he/she liked your work. Here I am attaching a screenshot of what I got as a rating on my TIP GIG! (4.5 stars)

Do read the comment by the buyer.

Reply to @bachas85: Oh do not dream about cs helping you, it seems they have a new made up policy, here is what they had to say to me, after a buyer changed his 5 star into 1 stars all over for not providing free work, even though he had said, grate work, grate experience…bl bla bla

Thank you for your message and I sorry to read about this experience. Following your report our Content Editors are currently looking into the user’s conduct and will take any appropriate steps. Unfortunately, we cannot remove a buyer’s feedback without their consent and I have seen that your buyer insists on his comments staying. I would wait a bit of time before trying to communicate again and asking him for his consent but once you get it, we will be happy to assist you.

I thought ARS was bad,but this?! buyers have the right to choose to keep a rating or not even if they are just trying to scam? so we are completely exposed and helpless? just wow fiverr…

I dont understand why they thought that they needed to change the rating system of all things! They have lots more things to worry about then a rating system that isn’t even good. The best rating system was thumbs up or down not this ARS crap it shouldn’t even be called the ARS it was such a horrible idea! They should worry more about fixing the seller layout platform because as of now the sheet ive got to do page is pitiful and the speech bubble doesnt always work and the seller layout pages don’t work they should make the pages more like the page that you go to when you click on sales! Or how about fix the app! I have every push notification setting on and I still don’t get ANY notifications! They should do more to help the seller out not wreck stuff like they are with the ARS!

Wow! Got a quick reply from support and that rating was removed from my account.

@mimie01: If yours not removed yet, do contact CS again. Sometimes you come across a person in CS who simply refuses to help regarding such matters. But there are definitely those who do help in genuine matters.



BUT STILL, ARS is NOT acceptable!!

Reply to @bestinmarket: I refused to accept the answer from R, customer service guy, and submitted even the screen shoots where buyer gave me a 5 star all across and then changed it to 1 star. What possible reason can you have to change a rating so drastically from a 5 star all across to a 1 star? You watch the video, you think its cool, you tell me in messages and in the rating, excellent job, grate communication, seller work good under pressure.



I think I got a person that just dont care, or maybe its to difficult to explain or for him to understand. I will leave my ticket open and see what will be the next replay
