Can I get back my 5 star rating?

Hi, 

I'm new to this platform. I got 6 reviews on my gig. My gig was ranking well. I got 1 review with 4 stars and rating dropped to 4.8. How many reviews will it take to get it to 4.9? Is it even possible to get 5 star back (without deleting the 4 star review since that review is more than week old.)

Reviews are final, they can't be deleted unless there are some very specific circumstances, and even then you might be affected...

Just focus on delivering the best possible results and value to your clients, you will get your 5 stars back eventually. My advice: focus more on what your clients think about you and the experience you leave in their mind. Ratings mean nothing if people are unhappy with you...

you don't back 5 stars you should focused your work and quality try to give super fist delivery and make your clint happy at last you complete 20 orders with 5 start then you will get 4.9 again.

Try to provide the best service for your client. If your client be happy then they will leave 5star for you and you will be able to get back your performance again.
