Does anyone know how to invite an existing client for a zoomcall if there is no order through business fiverr?

Hi there, I want to have a conversation with my client through Zoom but we can´t find any options. What is the best thing to do? I was thinking to make a new offer of $5 but then again I don´t know how to select business?

You cannot communicate outside of fiverr with the client, or you risk being banned.

Keep your conversation to text chat for now to keep your account safe. Video calling is really not necessary to get the details of the job.

I have the option to invite any customers thought the video icon at the bottom of the chat.  This keeps it contained within Fiverr. 

I'm not sure though if this appears for everyone?

Thankyou for your answers. Yes, this is possible through Fiverr Business for which sometimes a zoomcall is needed. I had clients before having this feature but that also depends if you discuss that before the order in the chat. Hopefully the client will be satisfied with the delivered service. He requested some changes which I made. 🙂
