Fiverr Account Restricted

An order I received today was canceled by Bayer. By the time the order was canceled, I had received a TOS Violation. Because of this my account was temporarily restricted.Can I get my account back? how is that Please help me.

The Fiverr system automatically identified that you broke the Terms of Service in one or more ways. Honestly, you should know what you did.... If you really broke the Fiverr TOS, the chances of getting your account back are slim to 0. Also, if you are banned, you can't create any new account either.
