Delivery Times running although requirements not delivered?!

Hi,

I had this quite a couple of times and I would like to know your advice:

I need some requirements in order to fullfill my gig - some customers do not deliver them, I remind them, they deliver nothing and the delivery time starts running against me. 
What can I do?

You need to select the option in the "edit gig" screen to require buyers to fill out questions before it starts.

As long as you have that active, the order will never start until they are filled in, unless you press the "I have everything I need" button.

I have unstarted orders from 6 months ago that the buyer never filled in requirements for, and it's still sat in "awaiting requirements".

Even so.. I had a person just write "I will send the info tomorrow". And then 3 days pass. :))) NOTHING.

Sure but they can fill in whatever they want... so instead of the user account they write you "Let's start buddy"

In that case, you can contact Fiverr support if the buyer didn't send you all the requirements that you want.

If buyer write anything in the requirements section then delivery time will be started automatically.

You can always ask for a time extension if the buyer still hasn't provided the necessary information to to start.

No, I think. because you didn't get the requirements that you want. So I think this will not rank down your gig if you contact with Fiverr support.

I contacted the support and guys after receiving the answer I am somewhat surprised to say it politely - the only way is to cancel the order (which has a huge negative impact on your seller statistics) or to extend over and over again the delivery time. 👎

Interesting - after contacting the support, Fiverr did stop promoting my Gigs suddenly. Saying that I am not eligible for them (although nothing has changed since yesterday). Looks quite interesting to me.
