Buyer request scam

I'm looking at buyer requests. I want a logo for my company. Apply, the response you get when you type is "There's someone doing this"
You look at his page, he is already making a logo.
5-6 out of 10 buyer requests are fake advertisements of this type...Isn't there a solution to this? This is clearly a scam

If a buyer request is just someone advertising their service, you can report it.

This clearly is not a "scam" - it's just someone using the feature to self promote, and using it incorrectly. A scam is when someone tries to use lies or deception to take someone's money. What you're describing is just annoying advertising and feature misuse.
