Can't send a message or a custom offer to the client.

I didn't see a related post so I am creating it. I recieved a job request from a client, but when I tried to reply the client in the inbox, Fiverr said "something went wrong, please try again later" i can't send any custom offer either. The client's profile shows "unavailable". Is his unavailability the reason I am not able to send any messages or is it some site related issue?

Some buyers are scammers. Fiverr has deleted and blocked some accounts due to their activities elsewhere; I once had a client whose account was blocked. He had to send me a private message in order for me to deliver the work to his alternate account.

I think this was what happened. If the client is genuine, they will contact you again.
