Which is the best Withdraw method that I can use & want to know the difference between both???

Bank Transfer is a better option as this does not have too many charges.

Bank Transfer:  If you withdraw with the bank transfer option, It will go to your Payoneer account. You can withdraw it in your bank account or use it with a Payoneer master card.

Fiverr Revenue Card: It will automatically withdraw your bank account from Payoneer. You don't need to log in to your Payoneer account and withdraw your funds.
