unable to be promoted to top rated seller

Dear Fiver Experts. Its been 5 month now that I have a Level two Badge. i have all the requirements fulfilled to be promoted to be top rated seller , is there any thing else I am missing.kindly advice .

I asked the top rated sellers on the forum what they felt influenced how top rated sellers are chosen. Here is that article:

Not everyone that qualifies for the top rated seller badge gets it. This is a manual vetting process that considers more than just the basic requirements of the program. The good news is that you don't have to have the top rated seller badge to do well on Fiverr's platform.

Till Level two, It is automation. But Top Level Seller chosen by fiverr expert team.
