When you type in the tags I think there will be a way to make it indexed in a way, try pressing enter or something then it ends up being in its own darker shade box. You can see it says "tag list must contain at least 1 tag" meaning it hasn't registered the words you typed in.

The tag you have entered is too much long. Fiverr don't allow long keyword. Try a short keyword.
