Maybe im just being dumb but how do i set up paypal as my payment method?

I have searched but for some reason it just doesent show me any way to choose to recieve my money, any help is apreciated

If you click on your profile picture then go to Settings, then click on payment methods, that's where you should be able to set up paypal
