Don't focus on briefs as your main source of orders.

Briefs are not like buyer requests, where many sellers get matched to one request. Only 1 or 2 sellers get matched to a single brief at a time, so this already reduces the number of briefs available to make offers on. If you get orders from briefs, that's great! However, Fiverr is designed as a matching service to match buyers to relevant sellers. So focus on being the type of seller that Fiverr wants to promote through search, badges, Promoted gigs, and and this Get Brief feature. Here are several articles that can help you do that:

What would be my approach when a brief of clients comes? Either I will send a message or I will send the offer.

Try sending a message first and get in touch with the buyer, immediately sending an offer never works.

Sometimes some buyers want to show the draft of the design. After taking the draft they went away and did not order. What I can do then?

I think so....coz when i uploaded gig image,some of them are oversized and didn’t show properly

Yes, when you upload image while creating gig, you can see ideal size of image which will fit best, i think size is somewhere around 1300 x 750 pixels, but you can see exact number when creating or editing your gig 😊

Fiverr is reminding you to use the availability feature if you're taking your time off for the upcoming holiday.

As far as I know, The availability feature hides your gigs and you won't get any new messages from buyers until it's turned off.

Is it necessary to give an intro video on Fiverr? I have got notifications quite a few times about that.
