1. When I send a message to a client, it automatically disappears. After a few minutes, it is sent to the client and appears in my inbox again. This causes a misunderstanding with my client.

try clearing your browser cache and login in again on your account. 

 

it happens to me as well but don't send many messages bit wait 2-3 minutes and the message will display.

@naim_ab yes it happens with me many times but make sure you are connected with a good internet don't send messages again the message you write and then click on send it will be send to buyer in a minute. Just be patience and get a good internet connection.
