Not seeing buyer request anymore

Is this just me, or is anyone else not seeing any buyer request when they click on the "buyer request" tab. Nothing shows up for me and I don't know if it's a glitch, apart of an update, or there really are no request out there (Which I doubt) Is this something I contact support for?

Hi  victoriarosea  You seem to not be seeing buyer requests on time.

You see buyer request as time zone., buyer request will come.

you should active 8 hours every day and check the buyer request after few minutes.
