A buyer unfortunately mark a message as spam . Should it effect anything on my fiverr profile ? If yes , what is the solution ?

It depends upon the message that was marked as spam. If it contains something that violates Fiverr policy then it can lead to problem maybe Fiverr account disable. Otherwise, there is no problem if the message was not against the Fiverr TOS.
