Request form "choose 1 catagory" is bugged

I'm trying to make a new request and after i write the "What are you looking to get done?" and i go to select the category the browser suddenly locks up, i cant click anything and Firefox informs me that the website is slowing down the browser. I can see the list of options, but everything on the site becomes unresponsive. This is the only website where i have this sort of issue. I couldn't find any other posts about something like this.
