I get no email verification

I've been trying since yesterday to get my email verified but nothing happens. (The phone number veriification worked at once.) So, at the moment I'm stuck at making the profile.  I have tried the support but unfortunately it doesn't answer my question. What can I do?

Do you mean the email verification doesn't come to your inbox, or do you mean that when you click the link nothing happens?
