I asked him to provide me the information if it was my relevant I will work and if not we have to cancel the order. But he sent me a cancelation request and I accepted. Now my Order completion rate is down to 75%. I think I have not made any mistake and violation the client has canceled his order by his choice, My rating should not effect.
