Buyer - Order cancellation without warning by Fiverr Support Team

Received an email from Fiverr Support team that my order was cancelled.  Neither myself nor illustrator (seller) initiated the order cancellation.  There were no delays, book was almost done, still had 30 days to due date, communication lines were good and all was well.  I was devastated by this. I am currently under Fiverr dispute with customer service for an answer.  They sent within the email "click here" for reason, does not work.  Any advice or why? They blocked my seller as well.  No warning or reasons...lost????

The only reason I can think of is the seller is flagged by the fiverr support as fraud, or break their Fiverr TOS.

 

or the seller just decided to cancel and block you

Please post the text of the email so we can determine what happened.

The seller's account might be disabled/ suspended/ flagged due to some violation which is not related to you. You may need to find some other seller to get the job done.

You have asked a beautiful question, there is a solution. That is you talk to the support team. I think if the client blocks or refound your order then it can be a problem.

Could be the Payment method used by buyer is in dispute.

There is only two ways cs could cancell order. It could be work was out of scope after you placed order, seller disputed it with CS. Or seller straight out deleted from platform for scam. They take this seriously.
