Terrible Work given from Freelancer. I need urgent Help from an Agent

You need to contact the CS team. We're all just freelancers on here and can't overturn any contracts.  

Sorry to hear you were let down by poor service.  But the 'accept delivery' facility is your failsafe to prevent this from happening.  You have 3 days to approve it, so be conscious of freelancers pushing you for completion and feedback.  If the ask you to do so, there may be a reason for this, and it looks like you may have fallen foul to yet another business owner that doesn't know what they are doing.
