My experience has been fatal in these 3 months

Hello! I want to use this space to vent and know if I'm not the only one that happens to me:

I am currently level 2 for a very long time, all my stats are at 100% to be able to maintain that level.

My wife and I have been working on Fiverr since 2015 and have felt that these last 3 months have been terrible in conversions. We have felt that the Seller Plus program has hurt tremendously on the platform because it devalues our tiers and Promoted Gigs.

I use the Promoted Gig quite a bit to boost my services, but not only have I not had good results, but I am generating losses on it. I have experimented on:

- Changing the cost of Promoted Gigs (every month).
- Changing the categories of my Gigs (every month).
- We have applied and denounced those who do not follow the rules within the platform.
- I have no new clients for more than 3 months, 100% of my earnings are from my loyal clients who come back to work with me (may God bless them).
- The cost of my services I can not reduce them more because of my experience (fees), good reputation within the platform and it is not profitable for me to do it because of Fiverr's commission and global inflation prevents us from doing it.

My wife is Seller Top and has a better reputation than me, in view of the little work, she has had to deactivate the gigs promoted due to lack of work, it causes her monetary loss but also a way to be visible within the platform.

I am and will continue to thank the platform, but I feel that these changes that want to innovate greatly harms on the other hand.

Has it happened to you, how did it work out for you, any tips you would like to give me?

How does it do that? Because Seller Plus offers some extra features. It doesn't affect the way your gigs are presented to customers and it certainly doesn't give you any boost. It does provide some extra information, and also a way to clear your money in a week instead of two. So whatever happens to you, it might be from bad private reviews or people having better performance than you. It's not from that program.
