Is this a glitch?

I always respond to my inbox within an hour. Someone messaged me at 3am and I replied at 7am, now my response time has changed from 1 hour to 2 hours. This is 1 out of maybe 50 orders. I googled it and it says it shouldn't hsve effected the response time if I reply within 24 hours? So is this a glitch?

It doesn’t affect your response rate if you reply within 24 hours. And your response time is an average number on how fast you reply. It took you 4 hours to reply to this message and it averaged with all other faster responses to 2 hours
