My messages disappear when trying to send in the inbox

Every time I try to attach a file and hit send, the page redirects and the message never sends

It seems like many sellers have been noticing this issue:

Usually when there is a big delay, it's because the customer sent something in attachment, and the platform is checking for viruses. Which is a very good thing anyway, so I prefer to wait and be safe thanks to the platform antivirus! 🙂
