But I asking him for the source file for 2 days, he is not responding to me. You can read about this experience here: You should always get Customer Support involved whenever a buyer disappears on you or isn't responding to your messages. If the delivery time gets close then you can deliver the order and tell him that I was waiting for your response but as our order time just near to finish, so that's why I just delivered the order.
