See https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360011421218-Gig-policies?segment=seller That says: Quote Gig descriptions in English are mandatory but you can use additional languages—as long as all the information is also available in English Also gig titles all start with "I will/our studio will" so I assume they want the rest of the title in English too. Fiverr does have other language versions of the site (eg. https://fr.fiverr.com) and those have an option to automatically translate.
