The customer did not give me the correct information and I want to cancel the order.

Did the customer buy something that you do not offer in your gig, or is this an order that can still be done if you asked the client for the correct information? Because you'll have to discuss that first with the client and agree on something. Then after that you can ask Customer Support for it not to affect your completion rate, again that is depending on what the situation is (which I initially asked).
