Massages in spam folder

Hi community,  I have found that i got massage from buyer request but this massage has automatically been move to spam folder. What is the reason and how can i get out from this. 

Is it any problem with my accounts?

Hi @razib_biswas - nothing is wrong with your account. If Fiverr's system suspects that a message is spam, it'll automatically move it to your spam folder for you. All you need to do is ignore it. This helps to keep your inbox clean so that you can deal with the messages that do matter.
