Fiverr doesn't ban sellers based on their country of origin. If your ID wasn't approved there might be other reasons for it. You should have received an e-mail from Fiverr explaining why your profile weren't accepted.

There actually are a few countries that Fiverr doesn't work with, but Pakistan isn't one of them.

I'm afraid not. I remember that Iranian citizens can't work on Fiverr, and I think that Cuba and Sudan are on that list, too.
