Fiverr gives it manually to those they choose,it's their own choice if you get the badge or not.

Follow these step only.

1. Remain active.
2. Give response timely.
3. Collect positive feedback from clients.
4. Get more orders.
5. Follow the schedule.
6. Become a popular freelancer.

I'm not sure why you're posting this as advice? You have no orders and have only been a freelancer since last month? The information is also incorrect!  I would spend more time growing your profile than trying to be an authority on the Forum with no credibility. 

To any new buyer, you shouldn't be worrying about Fiverr choice, you should be worrying about growing your business to be the best it can be, you can not influence this badge, therefore you shouldn't think about getting it.  The advice is simple.

Just be really good at what you say you're an expert in doing!!!!
